Make your own granola. This is seriously good.
1/2 cup ghee
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup raw honey
3 cups rolled oats
2 cups pecans
1 cup of whole raw almonds
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup flaxseeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup black sesame seeds
1 cup dried cherries.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine ghee, dark brown sugar, and honey in a small pot and cook the mixture on low heat until ghee is melted and ingredients are combined.
Spread the oats, nuts, and seeds on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Drizzle the melted ghee and sugar mixture over the granola mixture. Stir to ensure everything is well coated.
Bake for 10 minutes. Remove the sheet and give it a good toss with a wooden spoon and add the cherries to the mixture.
Bake for another 8 minutes. Allow to cool and can be stored for 2 weeks.
