Peach Pie Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats for a super early morning breakfast. A Mason Jar fill with oats and delicious fresh peaches.


  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • 1/2 of ripe peach, chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2/3 cup almond milk

  • Toppings: coconut yogurt, chopped peaches, sprinkle of cinnamon, drizzle of maple syrup


  1. Add the oats, chia seeds, syrup, peach, cinnamon, vanilla, and almond milk into a large bowl or jar.

  2. Stir to together until well combined.

  3. Allow to sit in the fridge overnight until thickened.

  4. If too thick, stir in a bit more almond milk.

  5. Top with your desired toppings and enjoy!
