No-bake chocolate peanut butter protein balls. Healthy and easy snack.
1 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
2 tbsp. chia seeds
2 tbsp. flax seeds
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Roll mixture into balls and place on prepare baking sheet. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
