Peanut Butter Protein Balls

No bake chocolate peanut butter protein balls. Healthy and easy snack.



Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup old fashioned oats

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

  • 2 tbsp. chai seeds

  • 2 tbsp. flax seeds

  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp. salt

  • 3/4 cup natural peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract


Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl.

  • Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.

  • Roll mixture into balls and place on prepare baking sheet. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
