Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie

A healthy and easy Fall flavored smoothie. Perfect for breakfast, a

snack or a dessert.



INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 peeled frozen banana.

  • 1/2 cup can pumpkin puree.

  • 1.5 Tbsp. almond/nut butter.

  • 1/2 cup of almond milk (or non-diary milk).

  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk/full fat-free yogurt.

  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice.

  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon.

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder.

  • 2 tsp. maple syrup (optional).

  • 1 cup of ice.

  • A handful of spinach (optional).

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
