A healthy and easy Fall flavored smoothie. Perfect for breakfast, a
snack or a dessert.
1 peeled frozen banana.
1/2 cup can pumpkin puree.
1.5 Tbsp. almond/nut butter.
1/2 cup of almond milk (or non-diary milk).
1/2 cup canned coconut milk/full fat-free yogurt.
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice.
1/4 tsp. cinnamon.
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 scoops of vanilla protein powder.
2 tsp. maple syrup (optional).
1 cup of ice.
A handful of spinach (optional).
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
