Spicy Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

It is not Fall without roasting pumpkin seeds. Try this spicy, healthy, and tasty snack.


  • 3 cups pumpkin seeds 

  • 3 tbsp. olive oil 

  • 1/4-1/2 tbsp. cayenne pepper depending on your desired spice level 

  • 1/2 tsp paprika 

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder 

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper 

  • Salt and black pepper to taste


  1. After scooping the pumpkin seeds out of your pumpkin and separating them, rinse them in a Strainer and then allow them to dry out for 8-24 hours 

  2. Once dried, toss seeds with spices and oil. 

  3. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes! 

  4. Enjoy!
