It is not Fall without roasting pumpkin seeds. Try this spicy, healthy and tasty snack.

INGREDIENTS:
3 cups pumpkin seeds
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/4-1/2 tbsp. cayenne pepper depending on your desired spice level
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp crushed red pepper
Salt and black pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
After scooping the pumpkin seeds out of your pumpkin and separating them, rinse them in a Strainer and then allow them to dry out for 8-24 hours
Once dried, toss seeds with spices and oil.
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes!
