A prefect start to the day or 'go-to' snack with all the goodness your body needs.
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
½ cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 medium ripe avocado
1 inch knob of ginger, peeled
2 cups organic spinach
1 cup unsweetened almond milk, plus more as necessary
Optional: 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds or flaxseed meal
In a large high-powered blender, add in all ingredients and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until all ingredients are well combined.
If necessary, add in more milk to thin the smoothie and blend again.
