Triple Berry Smoothie Bowl

Triple the taste, anti-oxidants, and fun! Perfect for breakfast or an on-the-go snack.


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 3 Tbsp. plain Greek yogurt

  • Ice, for thickening

Optional Toppings:

  • Fresh fruit (we used blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)

  • Granola

  • Hemp hearts

  • Chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until smooth. Add all your fun toppings and enjoy!
