INGREDIENTS:
1 Quart purified water
15 slices of fresh ginger root
5 slice of fresh turmeric root /1.5 tsp turmeric powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add all ingredients into a pot and simmer for 15 minutes.
Let it sit to cool.
Discard herbs.
Store in fridge.
Add honey (optional)
