Turmeric Ginger Tea

Healing and Anti-inflammatory warm tea. A tea to boost digestion and build your immune system.


  • 1 Quart purified water

  • 15 slices of fresh ginger root

  • 5 slice of fresh turmeric root /1.5 tsp turmeric powder


  • Add all ingredients into a pot and simmer for 15 minutes.

  • Let it sit to cool.

  • Discard herbs.

  • Store in fridge.

  • Add honey (optional)
