Turmeric Ginger Tea

Healing and Anti-inflammatory warm tea. A tea to boost digestion and build your immune system.


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Quart purified water

  • 15 slices of fresh ginger root

  • 5 slice of fresh turmeric root /1.5 tsp turmeric powder

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients into a pot and simmer for 15 minutes.

  2. Let it sit to cool.

  3. Discard herbs.

  4. Store in fridge.

  5. Add honey (optional)
